Management Trainee for Medan, Batam, Palembang
Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Batam (Kepulauan Riau) 

Responsibilities:

• Develops programs to increase sales and margin
• Initiiates team effectiveness work processes
• Creates retailing best practice programs

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Veterinary or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Leadership.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or Management.
• 30 Full-Time position(s) available.
